Apostle Kevin Mihlfeld is founder and Senior Pastor of Strong Tower Ministries in Fredericksburg,VA. He brings a lifetime of experience to the table as he has served in virtually every area of church work and ministry development. He has a heart for Praise and Worship and is a gifted psalmist. His desire for ministry is one of excellence, diversity, integrity and relevance.

Laconia is a graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia and earned her degree in Psychology. Before joining full-time ministry, she worked with abused children and served shortly in the mission field. She joined the Strong Tower staff in June of 2007. As the administrative assistant for the business management, music, and children's ministry directors, she maintains a variety of roles in the ministry. Her other passions include music and singing. Laconia is excited to play a part in Strong Tower's vision, and to see God's plan for her life unfold as she continues to serve in the ministry.

Pastor Daniel Sutton is a graduate of Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. He works directly with the youth, college & career, and evangelism ministries at STM. He has a passion for souls and street witnessing. He desires for this generation and the next to know exactly who they are in Christ and to be confident in that image. He currently resides in Fredericksburg, VA with his beautiful wife Ashley.

Pastor Kim Walsh graduated from World Harvest Bible College in Columbus, Ohio in May of 2000 and joined the Strong Tower staff in April, 2001. She is both an ordained and licensed minister with a diverse ministry background and over twelve years of church leadership experience. Pastor Kim is the director of the Pastoral Care Ministry and oversees all of Strong Tower's ministry departments. She and her husband Sean live in Fredericksburg with their golden retriever Biscuit.

Sean Walsh graduated from World Harvest Bible College located in Columbus Ohio in May of 1998. Sean joined the staff of Strong Tower Ministries in March of 2001. He is a licensed and ordained minister with years of leadership and church management experience. Sean is the overseer of the financial, human resources departments along with overseeing major operations of the ministry as he fulfills the rolls of a CFO/COO. He offers an energetic and progressive anointing in all that he does. On a personal note, Sean is the founder of First Watch Ministries. His desire is to have an everlasting impact on the lives of those he touches. Sean and his beautiful wife Kim reside in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Laura Whitney is our resident Canadian. She has a strong background in business administration and management. Her role in full time ministry includes being Apostle Kevin's assistant and administrative duties of the church. Her desire is to help people know the limitless love of Christ through personal relationships and worship. Laura is married to Ryan Whitney and assists him in leading worship for our college and career ministry.

Ashley Sutton is a graduate of Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. She earned her degree in Psychology and Youth Ministry. Her passions include helping students reach their full potential in Christ, seeing lives changed by God's sufficient grace, and sharing the enormity of God's love through her life altering testimony. She is anxious to see all the amazing things God has in store for her and her husband Daniel.
